Lazy Nedbank private client banker to be changed

I have been banking with Nedbank for years and recently got my card changed to a private client but when the card was delivered to my surprise I received a credit private client card not debit. When I asked why my banker who clearly has no interest in what she is doing responded after days and said it's linked to my debit card I should use it, I can't even get cash back at the stores with this card it makes no sense to me that I am not given a debit card???? My second burning issue is the banker by the name of Bonn Chrizahn, she should change departments or rather change the entire career she has zero energy for her work. You send her an email today she responds after weeks only when you send threatening emails that you will report her then she comes with excuses that she sometimes works outside she has no time, also she have many clients and that has nothing to do with me. I was ****** a phone and wanted assistance with changing cards, I sent her numerous emails she never responded, I had to call client care to get help because clearly she isn't interested. The last straw is when I asked her to apply for a credit card for me I have recently got promotion at work, as always she took her time to respond and asked me to send documents which I did, application took almost 3 weeks and when I started complaining to her she came back saying it's declined I can't afford it. Shockingly I decided to let it go because I know for a fact that I can afford it as I recently got a bigger promotion at work, she's clearly lazy. I let it go. January I received an email and sms from Nedbank saying my application will be closed due to no documents received, that for me was an aha that is the real reason I didn't get the credit card, she NEVER sent my documents through. I sent her an email to ask what is that? She never responded to date. I demand assistance and please change the banker for me clearly she is tired and has no interest in what she is doing. I can't be begging her to do her work. At first I told her I will report her, then she took action I let it go but instead of improving she is getting worse. It's like I have to beg her to do her job, it's pathetic.
