LAZY EMPLOYEE

I'm shocked and this type of service. I went to nedbank in Hlicrest Coner to open my 4me account for my 2 kids different accounts. I was told that since it takes hours to open this type of account (which was kind of chasing me as a client away) I was told to leave the copy of my children birth certificates and my ID copy she will contact me to enquire regarding the amount I was going to save and etc shortly after the account has been open to come and sign. That was 20 June 2020. I have not received any type of contacts from the consultant.

Can you kindly contact me or should I go to another bank where they take their clients serious.
