Law suite will soon follow

I received a letter of demand from Nedbanks collections department when I already have a arrangement in place. but that's not the issue , the issue is that the letter sent to me there where ONLY my name surname and address is suppose to be in the window of the envelope, anyone that sees can see the R12000 arear amount and that's invading my PRIVACY and for that I will be taking the matter to court
