Law Breakers

Let it be publicly known, Nedbank have no regard for the law. They ignore your right to privacy in terms of The Constitution of SA, the Consumer Protection Act and more importantly, the Protection of Personal Information Act. If there was a Regulator in respect of PoPi, I would have no hesitation in reporting them. Instead, I will have to name and shame them in the media until they explain to me where they obtained my personal information from without my knowledge or consent
