Late order and not getting something I ordered without an explanation or compensation.

I got a very bad experience from Avo. I ordered food and some beer. My ordered was scheduled to be delivered between 14H00 and 16H00. So I made my daily plans around that schedule. The order wasn't delivered at that time so I had to continue with my other plans. I kept on calling the call centre, they kept on lying to me telling me that my order is on its way. They delivered it two hours after the scheduled time. I sent this other girl that I buy groceries with to fetch the order because I was at campus to study for the test the next day. I didn't get my eggs and we didn't have anything else to eat that day. So it was very inconvenient. Is that how they operate? My mother is a Nedbank account holder, she emailed them but they haven't responded even now. I'm very disappointed by this. I don't think I'll ever do business with Nedbank again and I'll advice people to not engage themselves with that organization. I wasted my money and time trying to do business with them.
