LATE ESTATE BOND REFUND

I have been experiencing problems with the Nedbank Late Estate Bond Refund, after the passing of my husband in May 2020. I Begun the process of claims since August 2020 till to date, receiving unclear, ********* and delayed responses.It has been 8 months since my husband passed away. The lawyers (Anita De Wet Lyell Nel) claim, that the have canceled the Bond monthly payments, but they have not yet refunded me, the (spouse). I have submitted the Letter of Authority at the bank on the November 2020.
