Late Estate -- BAD SERVICE

A month ago my sister the exicator of my moms estate have ask them via email to pay the money of her investment into the late estate account in at FNB but still they did not respond to the mail. This is absolutely terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!! My moms is Mrs C E Uys. How bad is the services of Nedbank. Will never ever tell people to bank or invest there ever again. Pathetic people and definitely not professional.!!!!!!!
