Late Estate Account

My late husband had a cheque and fixed account with Nedbank. After he had passed away i was required to bring in specific documentations to the branch so that the funds could be transferred into my account. This has been in a process of a whole month in which my consultant at the branch Priscilla said that i should call the head office in Johannesburg to enquire about the process which i did. At the head office i was reffered to Enitia who works with the Late Estate Accounts, she then asked me to email her the confirmation letter to close the accounts which i said that i would go to the branch for that process. At the branch Priscilla told me that she did not have an email address and she then faxed the confirmation letter to the head office and that was about two weeks ago. When i went back to the branch to ask Priscilla if they had got back to her, she had no answers for me. This process has been very upsetting for me and has taken alot of my time and strength in getting the answers that i need. I feel that the people that i have been dealing with should be much more professional and effective in dealing with such cases. Thank you in advance.
