Late delivery of bank draft

I went to Sandton Nedbank last week Tuesday 19 January. to request a Bank Draft for Canadian Dollars, I as told that their SLA was 5 working days.<br> <br> Nedbank called me on Friday last week 22 January 2016 to ask if they could deduct 25K. I was shocked at this amount because on my calculation A canadian dollar did not cost so much. They were actually charging me US dollar rates. I informed them of this error on their side.<br> <br> Yesterday (25 Jan 2016) I called Global and was told that the bank draft should be at the Sandton branch today and I should get a call in the morning. I did not receive any call.<br> <br> I called the sandton branch to find out what was happening, and was informed they don't know and cannot find out.<br> <br> So not only did Nedbank breach their SLA but they said they would charge me a cancellation fee if I had to cancel. Now I found a place that can do it in one hour and will gladly give them my business in future. I also have a deadline date by which i have to send the Bank draft and Nedbank is seriously infringing on that date, I am at risk of missing my application deadline.<br> <br> Everyone, in future do your research there are places out there that are far faster.
