Late and unnecessary (reversing debit orders) charges

Service has gone out the door, Late and unnecessary (reversing debit orders) bank charges because of their actions. I'm self employed and living off of a shoe-string budget. I can't afford to have costly charges on my account. Been a client for years but if it has to start like this I won't think twice of going to another bank,
