Last will and testimony. No reply or help for over 5 months from Nedbank.

My late fathers last will and testimony are handled by nedbank. It is already 2 years and Nedbank do not get back to me with results on his testimony. I was told to have a detailed update each month but sins February no one reply on mails I send and i get no updates. They previously constantly told me that there are no money to settle the last will and testimony of my late father and can not tell me how any progress are going on. As i said i get ignored and no replies from Nedbank. The direct person i deal with is Laura deSantos. Please assis to get information
