Lame excuses.
Nedbank declined my credit card and a topup on my personal loan. Lame excuse being given to me is that 2020 November my debit order for my loan payment didn't go threw on the 1 st but the 5 th. Please note my debit orders is handled by Nedbank themselves. After endless hours on the phone with Nedbank nothing was sorted and a very carefree attitude towards me. I've been told is maar how it is. Please note my salary that's way above normal is payed into my Nedbank current account each month. I'm not a happy customer and already in the process off deleting my account and any other business with Nedbank. Please also that i have a good credit record.

27 Aug 2021, 11:28Try to sent emails regarding my problem. Report was that nedbank email inbox is full and i must try later. What a disgrace of a bank. Please stay away from Nedbank. They in anyway on their last legs and won't be with us any time soon. Go to a bank that deserve you and deserves your hard earned money.
