Lacklustre Service - Preserve your credit score with another bank

Don’t bank with Nedbank if you want to preserve your credit score. I have been a client for more than 15 years. My accounts were under debt review and Nedbank ruined my credit score. There was never a missed payment on my accounts however nedbank recorded 8 missed payments on an account that was under debt review. And now a closed cheque account that was closed at their branch over 2 years ago is in arrears and handed over to lawyers. I have been calling since the 30th January 2026 with no avail . The contact centre puts you through to client credit management, to private banking to CMC to debt rehabilitation to legal until you run out of airtime. They promise to call back and never do. Customer service at this bank is really not it. I do not recommend any product from private banking to home loans.
