LACKING SERVICE

I have issued Garage cards to my employees via my Nedbank business account. for some reason Nedbank refuses to issue the cards and have been giving my employees the run around. our service manager and can't give us a straight answer as to where the cards are. Why is it so difficult and strenuous to receive a simple Garage card? This is a fine example of the lack of Nedbank services.
