Lack of ubuntu and empathy at Nedbank Soshanguve crossing
The service there was bad and lacked ubuntu. My mom who is bed ridden struggled to receive assistance over the phone, she then opted to go to the nearest branch which is Soshanguve crossing. My brother then went into the branch to call one of the consultants to come to the car (which was parked close to the entrance and the branch) since my mom can’t walk and there are no wheelchairs in the mall. The consultants straight out refused and said my mom should go and look for a wheel because she needs to physically come into the branch for finger print, they can’t assist her in the car.
I made my mom open a Nedbank branch, my husband, son and myself. I regret because the employees lack ubuntu. We are talking about someone that needs to undergo a back operation, but forced herself to at least go close to the branch for assistance. She’s been calling the bank for assistance but was always told that her banker is on a course.
