Lack of Service to closed Deceased Accounts

I am the Executor of an Estate of the Late B E Goss. On 3 March 2023 a request was sent to Nedbank to close the accounts of the deceased (with all the supporting documents attached), and asking for the proceeds to be paid to the Estate Account of the Deceased (Also a Nedbank Account).

At the end of May 2023 the same e-mail was sent to Nedbank again - without any response from them. The lack of service is causing a delay on the administration process of the Estate and am I unable to proceed.

This is not even a difficuilt request....
