Lack of service delivery

Terrible service delivery from the business relationship managers!!! We have always been a Nedbank account holders but it's absolutely shocking to see the lack of service delivery from the relationship manager!!! And between SBS and relationship manager is not honouring any responsibility, no sense of urgency, after almost a month of following up and checking with them, just no response!!! Seriously want to move my business elsewhere!!! They only want to open accounts and businesses with you but if there is a problem, always problems doesn't get resolved and they are not interested to find out how to resolve the problem. Definitely don't recommend anyone to do business with Nedbank!!!
