Lack of security and care

I have been with Nedbank For many years now, and I can not think of one time that I have had a positive experience with them. I have had the same reoccurring issue with them where I am unable to complete online purchases and I am not receiving otp messages or approve it messages, and these are being sent to unknown numbers. I have filed countless complaints, spoken to 20 + representatives and yet no change. How can one trust this banking service if some of the simplest security based functions do not seem to work. If anything I do not trust Nedbank to keep my banking secure nor do I trust them to handle any banking related issues I may encounter. Pure incompetence and lack of care for their customers. I strongly do not recommend using Nedbank.
