Lack of response on credit card

I have app**** for a credit card in the past three weeks. The card was provisionally approved pending receipt of proof of salary. I have sent proof of salary three times and yet have not received any response. I have called the call center several times but no one seems to know what the issue is and keeps on requesting me to resend the proof of salary.
