Lack of respect for clients

One thing I will not tolerate is lack of respect for customers from your collection agents. I had a run in with a lady by the name of Bhavana, lady has no respect for clients. Just because I defaulted on my arrangement does not give her the right to raise her voice and shout at me as if I'm her child. She doesn't even give you a chance to explain, all she does is shout at customers. Is that what they are taught in training? I will not have such disgusting attitude from the agents. Good thing I also put her in her place. Who does she think she is to speak to me that way? Such attitude gives the company a bad name trust me.
