Lack of proper communication from Nedbank

I suffered an IOD on 18 June 2014 and is still booked off work without an income. Nedbank keeps phoning me for payment, but I am unable to pay as I am not getting an income. I was under the impression that my account was protected by Nedbank's insurance. I submitted all the required docs on 12/11/2014 to request that insurance pay the account. Apparently this insurance was cancelled after claims was paid for a previous IOD in 2012. The insurance was cancelled without me knowing. There was no correspondence from Nedbank with regards to the cancellation of the insurance. The account was still active and my credit limit increased. Why wasn't insurance then again offered to me if the previous one was cancelled? How can credit be given and credit increased without any insurance in place? Who knows what could happen tomorrow... Could someone please resolve this as I have had it with Nedbank's phone calls!
