Lack of professionalism and *********** staff

I need your help . I took a personal loan from Nedbank last year December 2019. Upon application I told the Nedbank that I needed a consolidation loan ,I was told that I don't qualify for consolidation loan then they offered me personal loan and I told the Nedbank that I have got an existing loan with African bank . The Nedbank offered me R200 000 and I told them that I cannot afford to pay back that amount of loan but if they can settle the existing loan with African bank it might be better.

The lady (Nedbank) told me that they are going to get settlement amount from African bank than they will settle it then the remaining amount will be deposited into my bank account. The Nedbank did not do as promised during the online application.The African bank account was not settled in full but they paid inadequate amount to African Bank and the portion amount of the loan was deposited into my bank account.

The problem starts when the African bank told me that I am still owing them because the amount that was owing was not settled as the amount paid by Nedbank was inadequate. I contact Nedbank to give the proof or letter used as settlement or any printout from bereau which serve as a proof that the amount paid to the African bank to settle my account was from African bank. Since early January 2020 I have sent a number of email requesting the said document but nothing has been materialized to date and I have not received the requested proof. I got a subsequent number of emails I have sent requesting one document with no success. I am getting Net salary of R22800 every month ,but after I took the Nedbank loan I left will R650 and I cannot survive. Remember I still owe African bank money as well because the Nedbank failed to settle African bank as promised during the online application and my voice was recorded for quality assurance. I need settlement letter or printout which display/reflect the amount paid African Bank on my behalf. Please help
