Lack of Interest and no resolution or returned call

Called their 0861 number to get an address to change a postal address for a Trust - had to listen to the same message about them being a registered financial provider three times before I got and operator who I asked for an e-amil address to make the above change in a postal address and was informed that he could not supply the information that Molefe would call me back - Has anyone heard from Molefe - certainly not me and all the wasted time just to get an e-mail address................cannot believe that this is such secret information. I know now why I took all my business from Nedbank years ago
