Lack of interest

Lack of professionalism and not interested in working. I was at the bank close to 4hours close enough to establish the culture in the brach. All had their mind on lunch at all times. No one will to actively listen or help the client. Lack of attention to detail. Making careless errors. Highly unprofessional. I have lost faith in the brand completely
