LACK OF INTEREST

Nedbank handed me over for missing payments on credit card, which i can understand, but that is not the issue. I settled my debt in August 2014, sent through the proof of payments. The legal firm dealing with the matter then sent through the request to Nedbank to issue me with a paid up letter. SURPRISE SUPRISE this was never done. We are now trying to purchase a house and because of this letter never being done, i might not get the bond to buy this house!!!!! This is so unfair, this person didnt do his job and doesnt really care that i might now lose the house of my dreams, its just an \oh sorry". I need this signed letter ASAP and for Nedbank to clear my name with the credit bereau as it is already six months now since that account was settled!!!<br> <br> i refuse to let this matter slide"
