Lack of Feedback

I received a call from Nedbank offering me a calculation on a consolidation loan. I did the quote with Ronald Ndlukula and he advised that the pre-assessment had been approved and asked me to send my documents and they he sent me the pre-agreement and all the other documents to sign. After all this then they do not come back to me or even respond to my emails to advise of the status of the application and it has been over a week.

What I did not like is that Ronald rushed me to send my documents, even though I explained that I was at work and would be able to send them as soon as I get a chance. And it was the bank approached me but no one has the decency to provide feedback after they rushed me to send documents.
