lack of empathy and total inefficiency

I keep receiving messages from Nedbank regarding Fica and that they will close my account. I have contacted them again only to be advised that I must go into one of there branches to have a power of attorney removed. The power of attorney was for my sister who has been deceased for the last 4 years. The issue is that my sister banked with Nedbank and they have her death certificate. Really you would have thought that they would have removed the power of attorney 4 years ago. One must be amazed by the lack of any empathy and I must waste my time by going to a branch and sitting there with my wonderful number to advise them of an event that happened 4 years ago. I would like to charge them for my time. I refuse to do this and must look for another bank.
