Lack of competence Managers at Nedbank

Since my last challenges, experience with Nedbank ,there has been no changes ,meaning that there is no competent staff in management that can make a decision ,it is all about sending emails to each other and no action, i have sent emails ,made calls and still no feedback. Nedbank have thus far proven their level of staff employed in their organization ....lack competence.
