Lack of communication by Nedbank

Following and ongoing complaint during which Nedbank would rather ignore your emails instead of providing feedback, they are refusing to provide me with the contact details of their internal arbitrator and the NFO even after this information was requested in writing on 6 occasions. Surely this violates the FAIS act.
