Lack communication and poor service

The service and lack of communication I keep receiving from Nedbank is really disappointing. EVERY MONTH I have to call for my debit order to be fixed or changed, I find it very ridiculous and frustrating and not only that the complains department is no good use either, spoke to a lady that was very unprofessional who didn’t bother to introduce herself nor confirm the department I was through to but simply said “hi” , nonchalant about it not bothered to rectify it but just kept quiet. Honestly, at this point I regret joining Nedbank!!!
