Kudos to Nedbank Online Banking

I would really like to commend and thank Nedbank for the way they are managing online banking. There is a new method to do online banking with Nedbank. They have allowed their customers to gradually transfer from the old method without pressure. They have given notification when customers will have to finally make the change. That means many weeks to get your head around the new method and start practicing. Older people find change hard, that includes me. But the new method is very user friendly and easy to navigate with very clear precise instructions for each step. Well done Nedbank and thank you!
