I was meaning to write this review some time ago. However its never to late to write a letter of thanks. My Husband and I had to get our Passports and New ID's done and we booked online @Nedbank Arcadia. I must say when we walked in we received a warm and pleasant welcome and was assisted almost immediately. The people from the Home Affairs Office was friendly and helpful.

Thank you for the awesome service you provided and for the friendly smiles I will recommend Nedbank Arcadia anytime. Well Done Keep it up an never ever stop smiling.
