KLERKSDORP BUFFELDOORN BEYOND PATHETIC

NEDBANK - KLERKSDORP As from yesterday I cannot make payments on my app or on the online banking. I have tried several times to resolve the issue and Sanri Strauss of Nedbank Klerksdorp Buffeldoorn branch said it was a national problem. After emailing her again and again, she said I have to phone the call centre (that was yester at 16:30) (which I did this morning). They said I have to phone her, although they logged a call (reference number ***9). In the meantime this is day 2 trying to pay my suppliers and getting my stock released. I have also tried to get the branch managers contact details on facebook but to no avail. What must I do? Anton Cartridge Revival ***
