I have been a problem with MFC Nedbank they did finance my car, I did have a problem last month because my father pass away so I did fail to make a payment after that I was hospitalized for more than four weeks. After I been discharge I did try to call them to make an arrangement for three months because even for December I didn’t pay my instalment reason because I was still on hospital, when I did call them to make an arrangement they tell me that its handed over to laywers and they want to take a car but there’s no court order and they need a payment within 24 hours and I tell them payment will be made on the 15 January 2026 but they refuse it.
