I called Nedbank regarding ********** credit card opened on my name. The lady that helped me initially by the name of Kerrylee Anastasia Alagappen did not submit the documents requested to her s year and half ago to clear my name. I recently found out that I am black listed. I called this morning the she bluntly refused to take my call and told the other agent that she will not talk to me. I insisted and she bluntly refused to talk to me. It is really poor of agents like her to treat customers like this. I’ve never done any transaction with Nedbank and as a result, I am blacklisted **********ly and the person who is supposed to help solve my case is very rude and bluntly refused to help.
