keep your promise

I have a credith card and I was retrench on da 17og Nov 2014 I submitted all my documents to nedbank and after a few weeks they ph me told me that my account will be paid up now a few weeks ago I received a msg to say my account is in arrears I took out retrenchment policy for peace of mind now they say it's only for six month nobody told me that and it was said to me it will settle in full I am still unemployed where must I get money to pay them now they ph me at eight o'clock at nite and weekends
