Keep up the excellent service!
I would like to congratulate the following Nedbank staff member of Carlswald branch: Mahlatsi Rathete. She makes my experience when I visit a branch hassle free and she is very competent in her work. I am never disappointed or dissatisfied by her service. She always goes the extra mile, if she says she is going to call back or take care of it - she does indeed! You are an asset to you branch and your company Mahlatsi, keep up the awesome work!!!
