keep away from nedbank they ***** all your money out of your account

This is now the second month that nedbank deducts money from my bank account for credit card. I do not have credit card. I spoke to so many people and the keep on transferring me to another person. The deducted all the money in my bank account with no warning or explanation or anything. what am i suppose to live from this month as nedbank stole all my money. Onbudsman here we come
