I app**** for the loan of R38 000 at Nedbank Mall of africa after I have made a quotation with Built-it pankop for building materials as I wanted to finish my moms house.

My loan was approved by Nedbank after a week I went and fetched my card at the branch I was excited that finally my mom will get the house I always wanted her to have.

On the (16.07.2022)I went to built it(pankop) to make a purchase of all the materials that was needed to my surprise when I swiped the card it declined with the reason of insufficient funds in it I then called the Nedbank customer service to find out what could cause the decline transaction I spoke with tons of consultants and spending hours on the phone I was told that the card is left with R90.00+ I kindly asked the consultant on how is it possible that the card ia left with such amount as I didn't use a dime I was then told that the money was transferred to pankop account I then told lady that isn't registered and the loan was cancelled without my knowledge and no one knew who could have cancelled it.

I came back from pankop as I reside in Midrand on the(18.07.2022)I went to the branch to find out what actually happened I was told that the who was assisting was on sick leave and was coming back on Wednesday (20.07.2022) I went back on that Wednesday to find out the whole story they couldn't help as to not knowing what could've happened.

All I ever wanted was to finish my moms house.
