I have phoned yesterday to ask for a claim form of one of my depends that passed away, the consultand said that he will send it the same moment, however when I check nothing. I called again today and the same thing was said by a different consultant when I check my emails NOTHING. They keep you on hold for such a long time with no emails that will be sent. And they respond to emails to the feedback email address
