Excuse me but I cant give this review in 50 word's!!! Went to Nedbank Bridge City to inquire about a Stokvel account as I'd been asking around people invovled in stokvels as into which bank is good for a Stokvel surprisingly more than 6 people said Nedbank i than let me go to Bridge City Nedbank got there as we all know that everything is unorthodox nowadays cause of Covid I'm well aware of that and know in whatever i do I'll probably spend 10-15mins more depending on the institute, obviously in a place like a bank there even more cautious cause they deal with people every single day so they tread very carefully. Got there told a lady who was at the door that I'm here to get thorough intel about a Stokvel account she then said okay took some client's in who where also there to "Open an account" a gentleman then took over scanning and questioning client's as they enter I waited for about 30 somewhat minutes which I had NO problem with the gentleman at the door (Who's also a Consultant/Teller) was VERY professional told me that opening an account takes a while can I be a lil more patient. After a the wait she came back Nolwazi Ntuli who blatantly ignored me after waiting for HER instead of taking me & Assiting me she goes and interviews about 6 or 7 people behind me making me wait again!!!! Asking people there name's and what they are there for the guy who was at the door told her PROMPTLY that the guy (Myself) is next in line and needs info she continued ignoring me i waited again till i was called in I was then assisted by a guy named Sfiso Nyawose who was very instrumental. Nolwazi is rude Very unprofessional and seriously belittles her job and ofcourse us as client's cause there's no way on earth you'd do such to someone at your place of work I'm very very disappointed & i was made very insignificant whilst i was bringing business to such a brand maybe it's how l looked ? She's bringing your name into disrepute & doesn't care she was more worried that he had to go to lunch nx !
