Just upgraded to Professional banking, already regret not moving my accounts elsewhere!!

Just upgraded from Platinum to Professional banking and already regret upgrading instead of moving my accounts elsewhere. As part of the bundle I app**** for a Credit Card just to be declined because they said my Nedbank Homeloan is under "Recovery". Just spoken to their Homeloans department and they said they don't see anything on my Homeloan account. Can someone at Nedbank actually tell me what is going on?
