Just Pathetic Banking service!!

It is not possible that in today's day and age that Nedbank expects you to wait 2 WEEKS for a card delivery. 1. The Nedbank branch in town is closed for renovations, hence we cannot just get a card at the branch. 2. App**** for a card beginning of last week already 13 June. 3. Nedbank indicated that they will deliver within 2 day and no later than 4 days. 4. The courier company keeps on phoning today to arrange delivery next Monday - after it has been made clear that we need this card before Friday 23rd. 5. Call logged with Nedbank customer care to resolve this matter urgently and every time you follow up they say the call has no detail only that we are waiting for a card!! Pathetic.
