Just Needed a Document stamp

I received my ticket at 11h32 left at 12h35, just Needed a Document stamped and signed. It's even worse for those you wants to open an account or new card. I haven't seen a smile on one stuff members face the hour I was sitting there. I love this bank but please NEDBANK your system is not working, time to rethink your strategy.
