Just let me close my account, Nedbank!

What a frustration (ONCE AGAIN) to cancel ANYTHING with Nedbank.

I have been trying since the 24 February 2021 to cancel my savings account with Nedbank. I was given the reference ***5 and told my account would be closed in 2 business days.

We now sit on the 30 March, I’ve contacted MULTIPLE agents to cancel this account. And yet, here I sit getting charged maintenance fees for an account that was meant to be cancelled well over a month ago.

I don’t have time to sit and wait on the phone for ages for SOMEONE from the cancellations department to assist me.

Get it cancelled already!
