Just fix it please

¬¬¬When I initially app**** for my Credit Card(s), I app**** via your Internet Banking Site (Online Banking). I app**** for PLATINIM. You issued Gold. WHY DID YOU ISSUE GOLD???? You did not have the courtesy to reply to my previous complaint on Hellopeter and neither did you reply to my official complaint which I logged telephonically via your Complaints department. Perhaps you’ll have the courtesy to responds to this complaint because, unlike the previous complaint where I awarded 3 stars, this complaint will only be awarded one. Anyway, yesterday I went to collect one of the two cards that were ordered. Some or other bug or glitch in your system resulted in the MasterCard having to be reordered on the 22/11/2019. Your Cresta branch was unable to link the new Amex CC to my EXISTING profile because a new CIS (that’s your terminology, by the way) was created. So, instead of adding the new cards to my existing profile, you created a brand new profile and the results is… I cannot manage my new Credit Cards Online nor on your Mobile Money App because they do not reside on the same profile as my Cheque account. I can see the credit cards on the app but I cannot manage them. Here’s a thought; Invest as much time and money in your Branch Delivery Platform as what you do on your Money app and Online Banking, then many of these frustrations could be avoided. I’m at a total loss of words that a branch does not have the functionality to merge two profiles. That’s really surprising. So… I’m paying R340 per month on Service Fees on my CHEQUE ACCOUNT. For R340, I expect an acceptable level of service, especially from your branch staff at Cresta, you Card Division as well as your complaint resolution centre. Now, please rectify your mistake. Merge the two profiles so that I can manage my Credit CARDS (via the ‘Cards’ options, on your Money app and your Banking site. No more excuses. No more delays. Please enable the services that I am paying for. Just fix it please. Thank you kindly.
