Just deducting as you see fit

I have an outstanding load with Nedbank. A few months ago I opened a cheque account only to see a couple of months later that R2000 +- was deducted from my account. I called in and was told it was \recoveries\". I figured ok, and assumed that they would just continue to deduct R2000 monthly until the amount was settled. <br> <br> However I was very wrong. On Saturday morning I get an SMS saying that R14 220 was deducted?!?! Are you guys serious? I didn't even have 14k in the account so now my account is in the red. You don't think you could have contacted me?? You have all of my contact details so it shouldn't be difficult. When I try to call the \"recoveries\" department I'm left on hold forever. <br> <br> I am over Nedbank."
