JUST CLOSED MY BROTHERS ACCOUNT

This is the worst bank in the ENTIRE WORLD, they just Closed my brothers account. we requested proof where they contacted him(why record calls if you can prove it) they can not provide it, sent an sms they can not proof it, but they still proceeded and Closed the Account. We don't want to hear this day you were phoned proof to us that on this day whom ever spoke to my Brother!!!!!! SURELY you can provide Such info. In the Creditors Department, NONHLANHLA was of no Help and D. Ismail just closed his account AND None of them are helpful AT ALL, they are quite rude, one refused to give her surname OR employee nr once we threatened her. Thank you for closing the ACC my brother will seek another bank as your staff and BANK Employees don't know what to say and are of NO Assistance. Even the branch Manager in Meyersdal said to my brother he does not know what to say, well isn't that BAD.
