jugdement does not appear on the courts system

good day I have been trying to get help from Nedbank but all I keep getting is rude consultants about the judgement that appears on my profile, I went to the high court which is stated in the judgement information that is the Gauteng high court, I do not appear on the courts system and on any case lines, I called and they telling me to court again how because the probono lawyers says there is no case because I do not appear on the system, I really don't know what to do now, because this judgement was put against me without my knowledge or communication. The court says how can they put a judgment against me, but it does not appear on the courts system I even an affidavit. How can I not dispute it, cause as a customer I have the right to dispute information on my report, please help me I ask again. The judgment was put by Nedbank.
