Judgment on my Home loan
I had and have a problem with Nedbank home loans. i have sent them an email inquiring about my home loans which appears that i have judgment through home loan. i was trying to apply for a loan with other institution and they informed me that i have a judgment with nedbank so i do not qualify and this is going to the court now . i have tried several times consulting Nedbank , which they do not care about this as they are not doing anything , they told me it will be take 5 days to be resolve and now its about a month trying to follow up on this a with no success. nedbank is very unprofessional as this is not the first time i had a problem, their staff are rude very rude they act as if they own the bank.

12 Oct 2017, 14:07he does respond with questions to what is provided not responding to the matter. first time he asked for my ID while it was provided, then disappeared for 2 weeks now he is asking about the same think i have sent , now he needs a report why a report cause i have sent him the screen short of what is happening why needing a report of the same thing i have sent . what is he trying to say now. about two weeks back he asked for the history of my account, why that cause they have access to my account they can browse though it and find out what ever they are investigating. i have lodged a complain then they must look at it not asking me questions of the same things i have provided.
